Agreement and Acceptance
These terms govern purchases made from littletikes-one Store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please review them before completing a purchase. If you do not agree, do not place the order.
Ordering, Pricing and Processing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices charged for the items. Errors in pricing or product information will be handled in good faith; if we cannot fulfill an order because of an error we will contact you and cancel the order if necessary.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes depend on the delivery address and the item’s size and shipping method. Typical delivery windows are 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days for shipments to the United States. Items that must ship by freight require a delivery appointment and may take longer; such shipments may arrive to the end of the delivery truck/cargo and require someone to assist with removal. Shipping costs and available methods are shown during checkout. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Returns, Refunds and Restocking
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging. Gifts purchased for December may be returned through January 31. Refunds cover the purchase price and statutory sales tax only and will be issued to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the package is trackable and securely packaged. We do not apply a restocking fee.
Pre‑Orders and Final Sales
Pre‑orders and certain promoted or clearance items may be final sale; such items cannot be returned. If an item is designated final sale this will be indicated on the product listing.
Liability and Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, littletikes-one Store is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally should be brought to the appropriate courts in Ontario.
